Instead, go organic and stock up on fruits and vegetables. Eat a diet that’s high in fiber and nutrients. Take food supplements to avoid vitamin and mineral deficiencies. For goodness sake, stop smoking! Smoking isn’t good for you or for anyone. It can give you lung cancer and a wide array of heart diseases and respiratory ailments.
