Effective Home Remedies for Dry Cough

Honey and Onion – Since the ancient times, onion has already been used to cure dry cough. Juice a fresh onion and mix the juice with one to two tablespoons of honey to make the taste more appealing. Pout this mixture in half a glass of warm water and drink this twice a day until your dry coughing goes away.
