Get Pearly White Teeth Naturally

Everyone would like to have gleaming, pearly white teeth, and here's how you can whiten your teeth naturally.

Brush Your Teeth Properly
Whitening your teeth can be as easy and simple as brushing your teeth properly.

First of all, make sure that the toothpaste that you put on your toothbrush covers the latter's bristles. For children, make sure that they squeeze toothpaste the size of a large pea onto their toothbrush.

Next, put the brush on the top of your teeth. Brush all the way around your teeth, making sure to brush until the back of your mouth.

Next, place the brush on your front teeth and brush in a circular motion. Make sure that you don't brush too hard whenever the toothbrush is near your gums. This might cause them to bleed, or it may result in pain. Do the same to the back of your mouth what you did to your front teeth.

Then, brush the backs of your teeth, exactly how you brushed the front.

Rinse with mouthwash or water. Once you've brushed your teeth at night, try not to eat anything afterwards. Avoid giving juice to your kids if they've already brushed their teeth. Brush your teeth at least twice a day, when you get up and when you go to sleep.

Use Strawberries
Take a strawberry and cut it in half. Make sure that it will fit inside your mouth. If it's still too big, halve it again. Grasp the strawberry by its skin so that its inside faces you. Rub the strawberry over your teeth until they turn pink. Leave this on for five minutes up to ten minutes. Then brush your teeth with your usual toothpaste.

Baking Soda
Take one-fourth teaspoon of baking soda and place it inside a small cup. Then add the amount of toothpaste that you would use to brush your teeth. Dip your toothbrush inside the cup and coat the bristles with the paste. It may feel gritty, but don't worry. Make sure that you brush your teeth well using this solution. In order to banish the taste and leave your mouth with a fresh feeling, rinse with mouthwash.

Mint Toothpaste
Find some extra strong mint toothpaste. Put a lot of it on your toothbrush. Then brush your teeth with it. You will see a noticeable change in a few days or weeks.

Vinegar
Get half a cup of white vinegar. Stir in a tablespoon of salt. Use this solution to rinse out your mouth every day before you go to sleep. This will help strengthen your teeth as well as whiten them.

Oil Pulling
People who use this method say that it will tighten and brighten your teeth. Get some untoasted sesame or coconut oil. Take one tablespoon and pour it into your mouth every morning before you eat or drink anything. Gently swirl the oil around in your mouth for about 20 minutes before you spit it out. Rinse your mouth with some salt water.

These are only a few of the natural remedies that you can use in order to get whiter teeth.
